Hello! I'm José Silva
Product Designer with 12+ years of experience leading design teams, building Design Systems, and designing end-to-end products across SaaS, fintech, banking, and loyalty platforms. My work includes redesigning banking journeys at Santander, building the StackSpot Design System (Itaú/Zup), and leading product design at Alloyal.
I work across the entire product design lifecycle, from discovery, information architecture, and interaction design to prototyping, design validation (QA), and delivery, while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
My experience spans both B2B and B2C products, from redesigning banking onboarding experiences at Santander to creating a comprehensive Design System for StackSpot and leading the design of a white-label application at Alloyal. Throughout these projects, I have maintained a strong focus on scalability, usability, and execution quality, delivering solutions that are consistent from the component level to the broader product ecosystem.
